Visual identity for PROUD (People Researchers Organisations Using Design).
PROUD is a collaborative platform integrated by several European organisations dedicated to design research, development and education. PROUD encourages co-design as creative process to achieve new kinds of solutions. It organizes talks, workshops, brainstorms and connects designers with all sorts of people and companies from disciplines far from design.
PROUD’s visual identity is based on a blank sketchbook where everything is possible. This idea is translated into a grid of 4×4 mm squares, three colors based on a classic set of office markers, a very functional typeface and some handwritten accents. All together is an ode to the very beginning of the creative process: sketching and brainstorming.
The outcome is a very flexible identity, where there is not one but endless logotypes. The system was applied to different sorts of offline and online communication deliverables.
